Shengdi Tianlun Resort

The Shengdi Tianlun Resort project is owned by Chongqing Chunyi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. It is located in Yangjiagou, Shigu Village, Shilin Town, adjacent to the Ordovician Park and Heishangu Scenic Area to the east, and the Shilin Scenic Area to the west. It lies beside the Heishan-Shilin Tourism Loop Road, with the Wantong Highway running through the project site. The total investment of the project is approximately 150 million RMB, covering an area of about 2,156 mu, with a construction area of about 50,000 square meters. The main features include a mountain lake, garden landscaping, themed participatory sports, and pristine natural landscapes, forming a conference and leisure resort destination with international standards and comprehensive facilities for “sightseeing, shopping, entertainment, dining, accommodation, and transportation.” At present, the project has completed infrastructure construction such as walking trails and water and electricity systems, planted landscape vegetation including cherry blossoms and Bauhinia flowers, and built some reception facilities.
