The No.1 Training Base is located in the Hengshan Scenic Area of Qijiang, known as the southern gateway to Chongqing. Hengshan is a renowned tourist destination in Qijiang, a pristine oxygen bar, and conveniently situated just an hour and a half's drive from downtown Chongqing. The base spans over 250 acres with a forest coverage rate of 96% and features building facilities covering 5,780 square meters. It is currently the largest, best-equipped, and most elegantly situated outdoor experiential management training base in Southwest China. The base has introduced internationally advanced outdoor training programs from Hong Kong's RIGHT ANGLE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED, such as Spiderman, High Y, Tall Mast Ropes, Tarzan Rope, and Combat Training.

The No.1 Training Base primarily offers a range of specially developed courses, including adult outdoor training, youth outdoor training, Growth Heart-to-Heart, parent-child relationship workshops, Young Dream • Leaders Quality Training Camp, Enneagram personality profiling, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), corporate management coaching systems, and various other training programs.

The base boasts distinct seasonal characteristics — ideal for snow appreciation in winter and summer retreats in hotter months. It provides a relaxing environment where participants can enjoy both experiential training and the leisure pleasures of nature.

As the sole Chinese partner of the "UK Enterprise Coaches Alliance," the No.1 Training Base is the first in Chongqing to apply "Enterprise Coaching Technology." The mission of the coaches is — to succeed by helping others succeed.
