Xinglong Tropical Ocean Aquarium
The Tropical Ocean Aquarium is located to the west of the Tianya Haijiao Tourist Area and is connected by a stone path through the forest. Nestled among coconut groves, white sands, and blue waters, it spans over 50 acres. The park features eight sightseeing and recreational attractions, including a Tropical Ocean Aquarium, a Seabird Garden, a Crocodile Pavilion, and a Spirit Turtle Pavilion. The Tropical Ocean Aquarium showcases over 400 species of tropical marine life, including leopard sharks, white-tip sharks, batfish, and live coral. The Seabird Garden, Spirit Turtle Pavilion, and Crocodile Pavilion display several rare bird species from southern China, dozens of parrot varieties, various precious sea turtles, and saltwater crocodiles imported from Thailand. Daily performances featuring dolphins, sea lions, crocodiles, and seabirds are held in the park.
