Shanqin Bay — The long beach is a stretch of silver-white, while sea reefs rise and dip playfully in the waves, taking on a myriad of forms. The most spectacular sight is the Nine Whales Rock, which leaves many visitors in awe. There is also the Swallow Cave, serene and mysterious; and the ancient Shanqin Temple, said to be blessed by the spirit of the Wenzhou King during his reign, hence it enjoys incense offerings all year round. Furthermore, the Hainan Fishing Resort has been built here, adding enjoyment for holiday-makers.
