Xinglong Tropical Garden boasts lush tropical rainforest vegetation and deep rainforest valleys. The Tongtieling Mountain near the garden also retains well-preserved primary forests and valley rainforests. In the Tropical Rainforest Scenic Area of the garden, visitors can not only observe the trees, shrubs, and herbaceous plants of the rainforest, as well as the epiphytic and climbing plants that rely on other plants for growth support, but also learn about the structure and layers of the rainforest, gaining further insight into the habits of different plants within these various structural layers.
