The Qizhou Islands are a cluster of small islands located off the northeastern coast of Hainan, in Wenchang City, specifically to the east of Wengtian and Longma. Known locally by Wenchang fishermen as "Qizhou Zhi," these islands have long been listed among the Eight Scenic Spots of Wenchang. Both from afar and up close, their landscapes are uniquely beautiful. The beaches around Hemén and Báipíng, at the border of Wengtian Town and Longma Township, are just over ten nautical miles from the Qizhou Islands. On clear days, viewing the three main sights of the Qizhou Islands from the beach or coastal ridges offers an endlessly fascinating experience.

Wengtian Town: Wengtian Town is located in the northeast of Wenchang City, covering an area of 276.95 square kilometers. It is bordered by the sea on the east and north. The town has 15 village committees and 257 economic cooperatives, with a total population of 33,000. It is a well-known base in Wenchang for pollution-free vegetable cultivation and marine aquaculture.

1. Land Resources. The town has a total of 31,000 mu of arable land, with 30,000 mu suitable for growing vegetables; annual afforestation covers more than 8,000 mu. There are 12,000 mu of coastal sandy land suitable for both high and low-position pond aquaculture, of which 2,000 mu are currently in use, leaving 6,000 mu available for future development.
