Fu Ke Martyrs Memorial Park is a classic red tourism destination and a patriotic education base.

Fu Ke Martyrs Memorial Park is a patriotic education base in Hainan Province and Wenchang City, as well as a revolutionary tradition education base of Hainan Normal University. It is located at the three-way intersection on the way from Changsa Town to Longma area in Wenchang City, west of Changsa Overseas Chinese Primary School. The management unit is the Wenchang City Civil Affairs Bureau.

Fu Ke Martyrs Memorial Park was built in 1995 with a donation of 430,000 yuan from the governments of Hainan Province and Wenchang City, as well as overseas Chinese and people from all walks of life. The park’s name was inscribed by Liao Hansheng, then Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. The memorial park consists of a statue, pavilions, and an exhibition hall, covering a total area of 19.8 mu with a building area of 240 square meters. At the center of the memorial park stands a half-length granite statue of martyr Fu Ke. On either side of the statue are pavilions, and behind it is the exhibition hall. The hall features a brick, tile, and timber structure with strong ethnic characteristics, adorned with green glazed tiles on the roof and white ceramic tiles on the walls, and is surrounded by corridors at the front and back. The exhibition hall is divided into a main hall and two smaller side halls on the east and west, with the name “Fu Ke Martyrs Memorial Hall” inscribed by Liao Hansheng.

Above the front of the exhibition hall is a stone-carved wall engraved with a 1951 inscription by Feng Baiju for martyr Fu Ke: “Lived for the people, died for the people; lived greatly, died honorably.” The walls of the exhibition hall display many mahogany “book carvings,” which include inscriptions by Chen Yun, Dong Biwu, messages from Sun Ke and He Siyuan, and words of encouragement from literary figures such as Ding Ling and Cao Yu. Inside the hall, photos, historical materials, relics, publications, paintings, and other forms are used to introduce the life of martyr Fu Ke, his studies, and his dedication to the anti-Japanese salvation struggle.
