Qinglan Port Global Wharf
The Qinglan Port Global Wharf in Wenchang is an old wharf and the largest seafood market in Wenchang. It was once an important port leading to Dongjiao Coconut Forest and even became the “Silk Road” symbolizing wealth and culture in Dongjiao Town. Now it is also one of the must-visit spots in Wenchang.
It’s a paradise for foodies. There are many cargo ships docked nearby, where visitors can find all kinds of seafood freshly caught from the sea. After purchasing seafood, you can have it processed at nearby processing shops—don’t forget to bargain. The market is filled with an overwhelming variety of seafood and tropical fruits. Although it’s not as cheap as it used to be due to increased popularity in recent years, and the environment may not be perfect.
