Location: East side of Tiejiangying Village, Niudu Town, Linyi County

The existing city walls of the ancient site include the southern and northern walls, which are 1,254.3 meters and 1,254.3 meters long respectively, and the eastern wall is 1,288.7 meters long, covering a total area of over 1.61 million square meters. The remaining walls stand 2.8 meters high at their lowest and up to 8.7 meters at their highest, with thickness ranging between 19–21 meters, and the rammed earth layers are 9–10 centimeters thick.

Nearby the Ancient City of Yishi, there are also historical sites related to Yi Dun, including Yi Dun’s Tomb, Yi Dun’s Ancestral Hall, “Tao Zhu’s Hometown” Taifan Village, Yi Dun’s Residence, and beside the residence, there is the Temple of Tao Zhugong, the Salt Transport Route, as well as peach, apricot, mulberry, and embroidery flower gardens totaling over 300 acres.

In May 2013, it was announced by the State Council as part of the seventh batch of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units.
