Address: Lingjin Town, located 20 kilometers northwest of Linyi County

Facing south, it covers an area of 16,000 square meters. It is laid out along a central axis in three terraced levels, comprising in sequence the main hall, the second hall, and the third hall, surrounded by corridors.

The main hall is five bays wide and six rafters deep. The central bay is wider, distinctly larger than the side and end bays, which are slightly narrower than the side bays. It employs the "column-reduction" construction technique, and the beam frame is fully exposed overhead. The four-rafter beams extend over the front and rear beams, supported by bracket sets. The roof ridge is adorned with decorative elements. The hall exudes solemnity and formality. The side bays are higher than other auxiliary spaces and use the "upright column" method. The floor height is over 3.8 meters, adding to the grand and imposing atmosphere of the main hall.

The second hall is five bays wide and three bays deep, with a single-eave gable and hip roof. The third hall is three bays wide and three bays deep, with a front corridor, and is a structure from the Qing Dynasty.

The Silver Treasury is located on the east side of the courtyard between the main hall and the second hall. It is three bays wide and two rafters deep, with a single-eave gable and hip roof. The study is situated to the west of the third hall, adjoining it, is one bay wide, and both buildings date from the Republican era.
