The Tomb of Huang Chi is a cultural relic protection unit of Hainan Province.

The Tomb of Huang Chi is located in Changliu Town, Xiuying District, Haikou City, dating back to the Song Dynasty. It is a cultural relic protection unit of Hainan Province.

Protected Area: The protected area extends 10 meters east, west, and north from the edge of the tomb mound, and 15 meters south.

Changliu Town: Established in 1953, Changliu Town is situated in the administrative center of Haikou City. It borders the Hong Kong-Macao Development Zone to the east, connects to Haikou Railway Station to the west, lies adjacent to Ma'anling Volcano to the south, and faces the Qiongzhou Strait to the north. The provincial highways Xi-Yu West Line, Nanhai Avenue, Binhai Avenue, and Freight Avenue all run through the town. The Wuyuan River and Naji River flow across the area, symbolizing prosperity and continuous wealth, as if a jade belt encircles the town.
