Denglong Archway is located in Changliu Town, Xiuying District, Haikou City, dating back to the Qing Dynasty. It is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Hainan Province.

Protected Area: The protected area extends southward from the core structure to the edge of the elevated bridge, northward to the boundary of the greenbelt, and approximately 10 meters eastward and westward.

Changliu Town: Established in 1953, Changliu Town is situated in the administrative center of Haikou City. It borders the Hong Kong-Macao Development Zone to the east, connects to Haikou Railway Station to the west, lies adjacent to Ma'anshan Volcano to the south, and faces the Qiongzhou Strait to the north. The town is traversed by key roads including the Xi-Wu Western Line, Nanhai Avenue, Binhai Avenue, and Freight Avenue. Within its jurisdiction, the Wuyuan River and Naji River flow through, symbolizing wealth and prosperity, akin to a jade belt encircling the waist.
