Haikou Fuxinglou is located in Shishan Town, Xiuying District, Haikou City, dating back to the years 1916–1918. It is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Hainan Province.

Protected Area: The heritage protection zone extends 9.3 meters east, south, west, and north from the core structure of the heritage site.

Shishan Town: Shishan Town is one of the towns under the jurisdiction of Xiuying District, Haikou City. It is located in the northwest of Haikou, approximately 15 kilometers from the city center. To the east, it borders Yongxing Town; to the southeast, it partially adjoins Dongshan Town; to the west and south, it shares boundaries with Chengmai’s Old Town; and to the north, it neighbors Xixiu Town and Changliu Town. The town covers an area of 120.74 square kilometers. To the east lies the Hainan-Zhongxian Highway, to the west the Yuehai Railway, and the city’s ring expressway passes through six village (residential) committees. A green corridor connects Nanhai Avenue directly to the West Coast. Transportation is highly convenient.
