Longtang Sluice Neolithic Site
The Longtang Sluice Neolithic Site is a cultural tourism attraction.
The Longtang Sluice Neolithic Site is located at the Longtou Sluice (a place name), about 1.5 kilometers north of Sichong Village, Daba Yao Ethnic Township. There is a small river to the southeast and another to the northwest of the site. Stone tools are distributed on the terrace on the southern bank where the two rivers converge, covering an area 25 meters wide from east to west and 70 meters long from north to south. During the 1987 cultural relics survey, stone artifacts such as stone axes, stone adzes, grinding stones, pottery shards with sand inclusions, and a small number of other chipped stone tools were collected. It has been confirmed through research that this is a Neolithic site.
