Former Site of the Secret Viet Minh Office in Longzhou

The former site of the secret Viet Minh office in Longzhou, Guangxi, is located on Nanjie Street in Longzhou County, Chongzuo City, Guangxi, on the China-Vietnam border. Starting in 1926, Vietnamese revolutionaries including Ho Chi Minh successively came to Longzhou County, using locations such as No. 99 Nanjie Street and No. 81 Yingjie Street as secret offices and communication hubs for the Indochinese Communist Party of Vietnam, where they planned and coordinated revolutionary activities. In 2005, Longzhou County invested funds to restore and renovate No. 99 Nanjie Street, where Ho Chi Minh once lived. On May 19, 2006, the Ho Chi Minh Exhibition Hall was officially opened.

In May 2013, the former site of the secret Viet Minh office in Longzhou was designated as part of the seventh group of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units.
