The Longzhou Subtropical Economic Botanical Garden in Chongzuo is located within the Tropical Crops Research and Experimental Station of Longzhou County. In 2006, it was designated as a “Guangxi Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Site.” It boasts distinctive features of a South subtropical garden landscape and a rich tea culture heritage. With picturesque scenery, lush greenery, simple local customs, and the fragrance of tea and fruit throughout all four seasons.

The site is 8 kilometers from Longzhou County town and 10 kilometers from the Longzhou Bus Terminal, offering convenient transportation. It is only 2 kilometers from the famous tourist destination and national cultural heritage site—Xiaoliancheng. The garden features star-rated “Shuangxi Guesthouse” and farmhouse villas where visitors can enjoy meals and lodging with local families. It has a thousand-acre pollution-free tea plantation, a hundred-acre subtropical fruit orchard, barbecue areas, a fishing lake, a modern oolong tea processing factory, a manual tea-firing workshop, and a tropical plant germplasm resource nursery, where rare flowers and uncommon trees can be seen everywhere. Visitors will immerse themselves in the natural beauty of blue skies, white clouds, and green landscapes, and are sure to be enchanted by this natural oxygen bar. Guests can also dress in ethnic costumes, carry tea baskets, and pick tea leaves in the pollution-free tea fields.
