The Zuojiang National Wetland Park is located within Shangjin Township of Longzhou County, mainly consisting of the Zuojiang River and parts of the surrounding karst mountains, reservoir and pond wetlands, and rice paddy wetlands. The wetland section involves the Zuojiang River spanning approximately 22 kilometers. The planned construction area of the wetland park is 887.84 hectares, of which 591.33 hectares are wetlands, accounting for 66.61% of the total park area. It is a typical representation of the permanent river wetlands in the karst landscape of southwestern Guangxi.
