By drawing a straight line backward from the outer side of each of the two stone tablets in front of the tomb—“Enchang Qiu Dian” and “Enzhun Ru Si Zhaozhong Ci”—perpendicular to the extended lines on both sides of the turtle-shaped stele, a rectangle is formed. Then, an additional 15-meter buffer zone is marked around the perimeter of this rectangle to define the protected area, and a further 30-meter buffer zone is delineated around the protected boundary to establish the construction control zone.
