Wangguangu Valley
Located at the foot of the Zhongtiao Mountains, over 40 li east of Yongji City, the scenic area covers 10 square kilometers. With its serene valleys, deep gullies, perilous peaks, unique rocks, beautiful springs, and picturesque streams, the landscape is breathtaking, making it a renowned tourist destination in Yuncheng.
Historical records indicate that the famous Tang Dynasty poet and poetry theorist Sikong Tu once lived in seclusion here, leaving behind many touching anecdotes and sites for visitors to explore. Many literary masters before and after him, such as Han Yu, Liu Zongyuan, and Lu Lun, also traveled here.
