Han Ji (1528–1605), from Puzhou, courtesy name Botong, was a successful candidate in the imperial examinations in the 44th year of the Jiajing reign during the Ming Dynasty (1565).

The tomb site is 180 meters long from east to west and 80 meters wide from north to south. The burial chamber is constructed from polished bluestone and consists of a main chamber, side chambers on the left and right, an ear chamber, and a front chamber. It extends 16 meters from east to west and 22 meters from north to south. Inside the tomb are five stone tablets and epitaphs: “Epitaph of the Late Ming Gentleman of the Central Deliberative Council and Right Attendant of the Office of Transmission, Han Yuanchuan,” “Biography of the Late Ming Gentleman of the Central Deliberative Council and Inspector of the Tenghuang Transport Office, Attendant of the Office of Transmission, Chao Gong,” “Self-inscription of the Recluse of the Southern Mountains,” “Serving Heaven and Fulfilling Duty,” and “Record of the Tomb of Lady Han of the Ming Dynasty.” More than ten funerary objects were unearthed, including porcelain jars and bowls.
