The Tomb of Yang Zhan is the burial site of Yang Zhan, the Sichuan Circuit Intendant and father of Yang Bo, a Ming Dynasty prime minister, along with his family. The tomb faces south and is situated to the north. It stretches 200 meters from north to south and 80 meters from east to west, with eight steles on either side, as well as one pair each of stone statues including stone figures, stone horses, stone dogs, stone lions, and stone sheep. The tomb mound is five meters square and three meters high.

Yang Zhan, father of Yang Bo, a Ming Dynasty prime minister, was a native of Puban, Shanxi. He passed the imperial examination and became a presented scholar in 1519 (the 14th year of the Zhengde era of the Ming Dynasty). He was appointed as the magistrate of Fugou County in Henan, then transferred to serve as the magistrate of Fufeng County in Shaanxi. Later, he was named an imperial censor of Guizhou Circuit and later reassigned as an evaluator at the Grand Court of Revision. Due to his son Yang Bo’s achievements, he was granted the title of Tongyi Daifu (Senior Official), Left Vice Minister of the Ministry of War, and posthumously honored with multiple titles including Guanglu Daifu (Grand Master for Splendid Happiness), Zhuguo Shaoshi (Pillar of the State and Minor Preceptor), concurrently Taizi Taishi (Grand Preceptor to the Crown Prince), Minister of Personnel, and was enshrined among the local worthy scholars.

In 1534 (the 22nd year of the Jiajing era of the Ming Dynasty), he was promoted to Right Assistant Judicial Commissioner of Sichuan and Surveillance Commissioner, assigned to patrol the Northern Sichuan Circuit, often stationed in Shunqing and Baoning prefectures.

Yang Bo (June 11, 1509 – September 23, 1574), courtesy name Weiyue, art name Yupo, was a native of Puzhou, Shanxi (now Yongji, Yuncheng). He was a renowned official of the Ming Dynasty. In 1529 (the 8th year of the Jiajing era), he passed the imperial examination and was regarded as one of the three great talents in the realm by Yan Shifan. In his early years, while accompanying Zhai Luan on an inspection tour of the Nine Garrisons, he earned recognition, and later gained the esteem of two Ministers of War, Zhang Ran and Mao Bowen.

In 1546 (the 25th year of the Jiajing era), he was appointed as Right Censor-in-Chief and Regional Inspector of Gansu. During his governance, he promoted land reclamation, repaired water channels, and constructed garrison fortresses, bringing peace and prosperity to the region and ensuring public order.
