The "Longgong Gorge Bei River Drifting Scenic Area" is located 24 kilometers west of Rongshui Miao Autonomous County in Liuzhou City, Guangxi, and 120 kilometers from Liuzhou City. The scenic area spans Sirong Township and Xiangfen Township. Transportation is very convenient, with all roads paved in asphalt. Currently, there are shuttle buses to Rongshui County town, and large tourist buses can access the area.

Longgong Gorge Bei River Drifting is situated along the Liujia River (also known as Xiangfen River), a tributary of the Bei River. The drifting route stretches 7.8 kilometers from Cuizhu Beach to Sanjiangkou, featuring eighteen rapids, eighteen pools, thirty-six bends, and two mountain spring waterfalls. The riverbed is entirely composed of sand and stones, with no mud, resulting in exceptionally clear water — one of the clearest in South China. Notable attractions along this stretch include Cuizhu Beach, Longgong Gorge, Smart Spring, Mandarin Duck Valley, Shuanglong Beach, Wolong Pool, Julong Pool, Xingmeng Beach, Moon Bend, and Sanjiangkou.
