Tian Tou Miao Village Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Tian Tou Miao Village is one of the main scenic spots in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County and a national AAA-level tourist attraction. Located in the northwest of Rongshui County, about 45 kilometers from the county seat, the village has 142 households and over 500 residents. It boasts beautiful natural scenery and abundant tourism resources, combining natural landscapes with cultural attractions to create an ethnic-themed destination.

The village is dotted with distinctive ethnic architecture such as stilted wooden houses and wind-rain bridges, surrounded by stunning natural landscapes. Visitors can enjoy pristine mountains and waters, terraced fields, picturesque bridges and streams, the legendary Mandarin Duck and Turtle Rocks, Guangxi’s only thousand-year-old “Lover’s Banyan” tree pair, traditional and rustic Miao stilted wooden houses, rich cultural heritage, and the highly developable Longgongtan Grand Canyon rafting experience. The area also offers a vibrant array of folk customs and cultural activities, including the unique “Lusheng Dance in the Courtyard,” “Ya Bian Xi Chun,” “Horse Fighting,” “Making Fellow Villagers,” and the “Torch Festival.” The scenic area provides comprehensive tourism services including dining, accommodation, ethnic cultural performances, and sightseeing.

In 2004, it was named a “Civilized Village of Rongshui County,” in 2005 it was awarded the title of “Ecological and Sanitary Village of Rongshui County,” and it was also ranked among the “Most Beautiful Villages in Liuzhou” during the “Charming Liuzhou, Beautiful Countryside” competition. In 2006, it was designated as a “Regional Tourism Demonstration Site.” In 2013, the village received 59,000 visitors, generating tourism revenue of 24 million yuan.
