The monument consists of three parts: the inscription platform, the Liberator statue, and the main monument. The most eye-catching feature is the 7.5-meter-tall Liberator statue, entirely cast in bronze. It depicts a People's Liberation Army soldier on horseback, raising a submachine gun triumphantly in his right hand as he cheers the arrival of victory. The horse beneath him also lifts its head and neighs nonstop, moving everyone who sees it. The soldier’s sculpture is powerfully crafted, symbolizing the PLA soldiers’ invincible courage.  Highlights

The front of the inscription platform features eight gilded characters that read “Shijiazhuang Liberation Monument,” personally inscribed by Marshal Nie Rongzhen, the commander of the battle at the time. The main monument is composed of seven stone slabs of varying heights. Beneath it lies an exhibition room displaying historical materials about the liberation of Shijiazhuang, offering detailed insights into this chapter of history.  Introduction

Located north of Shijiazhuang Railway Station, it was built on November 12, 1987, which marks the 40th anniversary of the liberation of Shijiazhuang.  Transportation
