Organized by the city’s Construction Bureau, Golden Street Night City is a key livelihood project and economic development initiative determined by the Xinzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government in 2003. With a total investment of 80 million yuan, covering an area of 45 mu and a construction area of 38,400 square meters, it is a high-end, beautifully landscaped, and fully equipped commercial hub integrating business, culture, entertainment, and dining. The architecture features a novel style and grand, magnificent scale, with comprehensive supporting facilities. It includes three sets of dry-land fountains, is planned in a garden style, and is illuminated by neon lights, spotlights, and outline lights. A large 70% electronic screen within the complex provides advertising opportunities and hosts cultural and performance events for merchants.
