Fen Town: Tudi Township and Fen Town were merged to form the current Fen Town.

　 Fenxiang Township is located in the eastern part of Linwu County, 18 kilometers from the county seat. It borders Jiangshui Township of Yizhang County to the east, shares a boundary with Tongyi Township to the south, Tudi Township to the west, and Dachong Township to the north. The township government is located in Beian Village. The township administers 12 administrative villages including Shangle, Hengshan, Baishi, Dutou, Beian, Nan’an, Nanfu, Shexia, Maluo, Chengbei, Zhangjiachong, and Dingxia, as well as one community, Xinglong.
