Horse Head Village Mountain is located in the western part of Panlong Lake. Its highest peak, Horse Head Village, stands at an elevation of 329 meters. Although not particularly high, the mountain sits at the boundary between the plain and mountainous regions, giving it an extraordinary presence. As the foremost peak among the surrounding mountains, Horse Head Village Mountain features winding ridges. From its summit, one can gaze eastward to take in the views of the plains and westward to glimpse the main range of the Taihang Mountains. Due to its rocky landscape, which resembles that of Cangyan Mountain, it is also known as the "Little Cangyan."
