Covering an area of 26 acres with a total investment of 5 million yuan, Rucheng Hot Spring Cultural Park broke ground in June 2005, was completed on the 16th of that year, and officially opened on September 18. It served as the main venue for the closing ceremony of the 2005 "9.18" China Chenzhou Eco-Hot Spring Tourism Festival. The park is built around natural attractions such as the Reshui Tanghe Hot Spring, springs, sealed spring ruins, and the Red Army Pool, and is deeply rooted in the bathing culture of Rucheng Hot Springs. With the landscape style of a southern Hunan water town garden, it uses antique-style corridors or natural vegetation to separate the area from nearby residential zones, creating a uniquely charming hot spring garden landscape. The park features leisure facilities such as a relaxation plaza, shaded plaza, thematic sculpture, performance stage, cultural stele corridor, relief wall, Egg Fun Spring, hot spring foot soaking pool, hexagonal pavilion, and combination pavilion.
