The restaurant at the Lotus Pond Moonlight Eco-Cuisine Garden features over a hundred varieties of tropical and subtropical plants, such as cycads, Chinese evergreens, loquats, osmanthus, Japanese five-needle pines, palms, camellias, mahonia, and wintersweet. Designed with meticulous artistry by experienced garden designers from southern China, these plants are arranged into various scenic landscapes.
