Xiyuan Hot Springs

Xiyuan Hot Springs is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Xiyuan Hot Springs Resort is located in Wentang Town, Pingshan County, about 50 kilometers west of Shijiazhuang, the provincial capital. The resort covers an area of over 300 acres, and its grand architecture is built along the mountainside. Shiyan Highway runs east-west right in front of the resort, making it a key route to the revolutionary holy site Xibaipo, as well as scenic spots such as Tiankuishan Mountain, Tuoliang Mountain, and the ?X?X Water Scenic Area.

Xiyuan Hot Springs Resort is divided into several sections: the Guest Welcoming Building, Yibin Building, VIP Building, Recreation City, Gourmet Food Center, and Xiǎngshuǐ Wān (Enjoy Water Bay). It boasts comprehensive hardware facilities with luxurious and elegant decoration, and is officially rated as a four-star tourist hotel by the National Tourism Administration. The resort offers accommodations at high, medium, and low price points. The Gourmet Food Center can accommodate up to a thousand diners, while 15 meeting rooms of various sizes can host conferences for up to a thousand people. The Recreation City features a large hot spring swimming pool, wave baths, medicinal baths, and a children’s play pool. Outdoor “hot spring soaking pools” allow visitors to enjoy the unique experience of bathing in hot springs while snow falls around them.
