Zuomei Manor is located in Dongzuo Village, Qima Town, Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is adjacent to the Southeastern Shijiazhuang Ring Road, offering convenient transportation. It lies 3 kilometers west of National Highway 308, 10 kilometers north of the Shijiazhuang–Huanghua Expressway, and 10 kilometers from downtown Shijiazhuang. The manor focuses on comprehensive agricultural development, integrated utilization of new agricultural energy sources, and agricultural sightseeing and fruit picking.

Zuomei Manor is planned to be developed in three phases. The first phase has already developed 510 acres of land, divided into five functional areas: vegetable zone, fruit tree zone, breeding zone, medicinal plant zone, and comprehensive zone. The vegetable zone covers 106 acres and includes 27 standard greenhouses (25 completed), and one high-standard greenhouse simulating tropical climate. It mainly grows premium strawberries, cherries, special varieties of melons, and some distinctive tropical fruits. The fruit tree area spans 380 acres, cultivating apples, pears, peaches, grapes, cherries, winter jujubes, and medicinal plants. Key projects include: double dwarfing rootstock apples, introduction of high-end Western pear varieties, high-yield techniques for Shenzhou honey peaches, cultivation of cherries in alkaline soil, and high-yield techniques for premium winter jujubes in inland climates. The remaining projects cover a total of 30 acres.

To improve land utilization, crops such as strawberries, sunflowers, and multicolored peanuts will be planted between fruit tree rows. Free-range chicken farming on plains is also the first of its kind in China. The manor also features a wild boar farm, fishing ponds, a restaurant, and a conference center, providing an ideal leisure and entertainment destination for residents.
