Shijiazhuang Planning Exhibition Hall

The Shijiazhuang Planning Exhibition Hall is located east of Tiyu Street, adjacent to Century Park to the north, with a total construction area of about 13,600 square meters and an exhibition area of 7,000 square meters. The Shijiazhuang Planning Exhibition Hall showcases the city’s development and transformation over time, highlighting the remarkable achievements in urban planning and construction. With increasing recognition, it has now become a window to showcase the city’s image, a platform for promoting transparent planning and public participation, an important base for urban and rural planning research, and a key stage for investment attraction.

The Shijiazhuang Planning Exhibition Hall officially opened to the public on May 20, 2009. In July 2011, it began renovation and upgrading of its exhibitions. After the upgrade, three floors with a total of thirteen exhibition halls were opened to the public. The first floor includes the City Message Hall, the City Overall Model Hall, and a temporary exhibition hall. The second floor features City Chronicles, General Planning Overview, Model Show Theater, One River Two Loops, Century Railway, and Zhengding New Area. The third floor covers Great Xibaipo Planning, Airport Planning, Eastern Industrial New City, and Key District Planning.

The exhibition halls make full use of high-tech and intelligent methods to present the past, present, and future of Shijiazhuang from multiple perspectives, vividly depicting the city’s vast and talented land, profound cultural heritage, rapidly evolving urban construction, and far-sighted urban planning.
