The Xibaipo Hot Spring Ski Resort in Pingshan officially opened in grand style on January 24, 2011. Located 4 kilometers south of Bailu Hot Spring (in the northwest area of Beimazhuang Village, Wentang Town, Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province), the resort covers an area of over 600 acres. It is a year-round tourist and leisure sports destination integrating skiing, dining, and sightseeing, with a daily reception capacity of over 5,000 visitors.

The resort is divided into three functional areas: comprehensive services, snow and ice entertainment, and leisure activities. An 8,000-square-meter multi-functional ski equipment hall provides you with a full set of skiing gear. There are three ski runs totaling 4,200 meters in length and a drop of 143 meters, consisting of one advanced run, one intermediate run, and one beginner run. In addition to skiing, the resort also offers a variety of recreational activities such as snow tubing, snow saucers, and snowmobiles, catering to skiers of different skill levels and ages.

To better serve skiing enthusiasts, an 800-person-per-hour cable car has been added to the advanced run. Two dedicated flat-surface ski transport carpets have been installed on the beginner and intermediate runs to greatly facilitate novice skiers. The ski equipment building, featuring a modern architectural style, combines ski gear services, a restaurant, and multiple entertainment facilities. There is also a 10,000-cubic-meter water reservoir that serves both snowmaking needs and summer swimming.
