Bailu Hot Spring Resort is located in Wentang, Pingshan. It is a new, comprehensive hot spring resort integrating hot spring bathing, leisure wellness, eco-tourism, as well as complete accommodation, dining, entertainment, and shopping facilities. It stands out among hot springs in Shijiazhuang. The resort is adjacent to the nationally renowned revolutionary holy site—Xibaipo, and is close to scenic areas such as Tiankui Mountain and Tuoliang Mountain. It enjoys convenient transportation and beautiful scenery.

The hot spring water at Bailu originates from underground mineral-rich radon thermal water containing over thirty types of minerals and trace elements. By Car: Shijiazhuang → North Second Ring Road → Shiyuan Road → Pingshan → Wentang → Bailu Hot Spring Scenic Area; Shijiazhuang → North Second Ring Road → Shitai Expressway → Wentang Exit → Bailu Hot Spring Scenic Area; Taiyuan → Yangqu → Yuxian → Jiaokou → Qingfeng → Bailu Hot Spring; Taiyuan → Taijiu Expressway → transfer to Beijing-Kunming Expressway → Pingshan Exit → Bailu Hot Spring.
