You Zhuang

You Zhuang is located in Maluping Village, Tanwan Town, Chenxi County, 2.5 kilometers from the county seat. Established in November 2012 with a registered capital of 12 million yuan, it covers an area of 1,880 acres (including 1,800 acres of mountainous land and 80 acres of water area). The company is adjacent to the South Economic Development Zone of Chenxi County and the Ecological Entrepreneurship Park of Chenxi County, boasting a prime location and beautiful surroundings. In November 2008, it was awarded the title of “Hunan Provincial Leisure Agriculture Manor” (Five-Star); in December 2012, it received the “Hunan Provincial Rural Tourism Area” (Five-Star) designation; in May 2015, the company, in collaboration with Hunan Agricultural University, co-established the “Chenxi Orange Sea Expert Service Station,” which was officially inaugurated with authorization from the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education—New Rural Development Research Institute. It is recognized as a “Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization” in Huaihua City and a “Soil and Water Conservation Demonstration Base” in Chenxi County. In 2016, it was approved by the Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology as a pilot unit for the “Star Creation Space” initiative.

A core park has been established, featuring 400 acres of orange orchards, including Newhall navel oranges, as well as 200 acres of Jingxiu yellow peaches and Cuiyu pears. There is also an eco-resort villa area, a 2,000 m² dining service section, a 2,100 m² tourist reception center building, four expert buildings totaling 1,200 m², a fishing center, and a barbecue area. Additionally, there is a 100-acre rice planting base, three Chinese native bee breeding bases, a wild boar free-range breeding base, and a pure grain base liquor brewing facility. Three trademarks have been registered: “Dayushan,” “Chengxi Orange Sea,” and “Xiyuqing.” A range of agricultural and sideline products have been developed, including “Chengxi Orange Sea” brand navel oranges, “Dayushan Eco Rice,” “Rose Fragrance Citrus,” “Xiyuqing Native Honey,” “Xiyuqing Pure Grain Base Liquor,” and free-range wild boar. The “Chengxi Orange Sea” brand navel oranges have won multiple “Gold Awards” at the Hunan Agricultural Expo and the Western Hunan Agricultural Expo. In 2015, they were certified by the China Green Food Development Center.
