The Longmenxi Chuan Yan Bay Eco-Tourism & Leisure Resort is situated in Zhonghuopu Village, Xiaolongmen Township. It was established in February 2016, with legal representative Xia Yun, adjacent to Provincial Highway S223, 28 kilometers from the county seat and 30 kilometers from Huaihua City. The company boasts convenient transport links and has leased 16.7 mu of farmland from local farmers. It is primarily engaged in the development of eco-leisure tourism, hot spring bathing, water recreation activities, and catering services. With a planned investment of 30 million yuan, the project is expected to be completed in three phases, with full construction scheduled for completion by 2021 on a site covering 200 mu. To date, the first phase has seen an investment of 7 million yuan, and completed infrastructure includes a parking lot, reception center, barbecue area, swimming pool, staff dormitories, dining center, tourist public toilets, basketball court, and hardened pedestrian walkways for sightseeing. The resort is now officially open to visitors.
