Shangnanzhuang Martyrs' Cemetery in Xingtang County is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Hebei Province.

Shangnanzhuang Martyrs' Cemetery in Xingtang County is located to the north of Shangnanzhuang Village, Jiukouzi Township, Xingtang County, covering an area of 30 mu. It was built on May 1, 1945, by the Jijin Military District, the Fourth Sub-district of the Jijin Military District, the 30th Regiment, the Xingtang County Committee of the Communist Party of China, the county government, and the Xingtang Detachment. The cemetery consists of a Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall, an Anti-Japanese Martyrs Memorial Tower, a Martyrs' Grove, a Martyrs' Cemetery Area, and the Tombstone of Martyr Jiang Zhen. A total of 228 martyrs are buried in the cemetery. In 2009, the Xingtang County Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Wall was newly built, inscribed with the names of 2,808 martyrs for people to pay their respects and commemorate. In 2015, it was named an “Hebei Provincial National Defense Education Base” by the People’s Government of Hebei Province and the Hebei Provincial Military Command.

On February 7, 2001, the Anti-Japanese Martyrs Memorial Tower in Xingtang County was designated as a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Hebei Province.

Shangnanzhuang Village: Shangnanzhuang Village is about 15 kilometers from Jiukouzi Township and is a veteran revolutionary base area where the Shangnanzhuang Martyrs' Cemetery is located. The cemetery houses the remains of 228 martyrs. In 2009, the Xingtang County Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Wall was newly built, inscribed with the names of 2,808 martyrs.
