The Hall of Xingtang Chenghuang Temple is located within the Chenghuang Temple courtyard at the government guesthouse on North Street, Xingtang Town, Xingtang County, Hebei Province. It was originally built in the sixth year of the Ming Dynasty's Tianshun era (1462), under the supervision of then-county magistrate Zhou Yue. The hall underwent renovations in the seventh year of the Jiajing era, the forty-second year of the Wanli era, the sixty-first year of the Qing Dynasty's Kangxi era, and the twenty-fifth year of the Jiaqing era. Today, only the main hall remains, along with a stone stele from the forty-second year of the Wanli era commemorating the temple’s renovation.
