On May 10, 1995, it was designated as a county-level key cultural relics protection unit by the People's Government of Zhengding County. Originally located in the Niujiazhuang Cemetery in Zhengding, it is now erected on the west wall inside the courtyard of the Wang Family Double Chastity Shrine. The stele features a dragon head ornament, a rectangular Sumeru pedestal, stands 3 meters tall, is 1.26 meters wide, and 0.32 meters thick.
