Located about 11 kilometers northwest of the county seat, in the northwest of Xikou Village, Quyangqiao Township, on the south side of Zhengnan Highway, covering an area approximately 136 meters north to south and 220 meters east to west, with a total distribution area of 30,000 square meters.

In December 1944, the reconnaissance company of the 30th Regiment of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Military District learned that the puppet county head of Lingshou, along with section chiefs, the commander of the guard battalion, squadron leaders, and a Japanese squadron leader, were escorted by a small Japanese squad and planned to take three cars to Zhengding County for a meeting at noon on December 23. After carefully analyzing the enemy situation, the regiment noted that Xikou Village was located between two strongholds, where enemy vigilance was lax. Moreover, Xikou Village was far from Lingshou, making reinforcement difficult. Accordingly, the reconnaissance company made meticulous deployments, organizing local militias to bury landmines on the north side of the road in Xikou Village and set up an ambush at Majiafen on the south side of the road. At around 13:00 on December 24, as an enemy force of about one squadron returning from Zhengding to Lingshou approached Jiacun, advance scouts positioned west of Jiacun signaled according to the prearranged plan. Upon hearing the signal, the reconnaissance company quickly took up their ambush positions. At around 13:30, all three enemy vehicles entered the ambush zone. The reconnaissance company opened fire first, disabling the vehicles and killing or injuring over 30 enemy troops. Once the battle began, our guerrilla units swiftly moved to cut off the enemy’s retreat. Militias from surrounding villages also carried out assigned tasks, surrounding strongholds such as Fengjiazhuang, Shangquyang, and Jiacun, while shouting battle cries to create confusion and deter the enemy from sending reinforcements. After several hours of fierce fighting, the puppet county head of Lingshou, section chiefs, the guard battalion commander, squadron leaders, the Japanese squadron leader, and the entire Japanese squad were annihilated.
