Xiaohugang Site

The Xiaohugang Site is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Hubei Province.

Xiaohugang Site

Located in Xiaohugang, Hongxing Village, Zhengji Town, Yicheng City, this is a site from the Warring States period. It covers an area of approximately 1.8 million square meters, with a cultural layer 0.5–1.5 meters thick. Ash pits are exposed at the site. Collected pottery fragments are predominantly gray clay pottery, with a small amount of red sandy pottery. The decorative patterns include cord marks and fluted patterns, and the artifacts comprise li tripods, dou stem bowls, basins, jars, and roof tiles. (Third Batch)
