Gulougang Site

The Gulougang Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Hubei Province.

Gulougang Site

An Eastern Zhou-period site located in Chihu Village, Zhengji Town, Yicheng City, covering an area of approximately 250,000 square meters with a cultural layer about 1 meter thick. It contains rich remains, and pottery shards have been collected from the surface. This site holds significant value for studying the ancient history and culture of the Chu State, especially in the search for the “Chu capital.” (Fifth Batch)
