The Memorial Monument to Pu Lantian is located in Group 2, Longmaxi Village, Quyuan Town, Zigui County, and was included in the fourth batch of cultural relic protection units of Yichang City in 2011.

Longmaxi Village: Longmaxi Village is located at the site of the Quyuan Town government, covering an area of 18.36 square kilometers. It borders Yiling District to the east, Miahe Village of Maoping Town to the south, the Yangtze River to the west, and Changjiang Village, Tianlong Village, and Puping Village to the north. The village has 17,500 mu of forest land with well-preserved ecological vegetation, offering a favorable living environment.

Population status: The village comprises 5 villager groups, with 864 households and a total population of 2,062. There are 425 people working away from home, 20 empty-nest elderly, 13 left-behind children, 119 rural residents receiving subsistence allowances, 7 five-guarantee households, and 8 entitled to preferential treatment.
