Tongzi Garden

Tongzi Garden is located in the suburbs of Dahe Town, 40 kilometers from the county seat and 1 kilometer from Dahe Township. It borders the Laoxia River. The surrounding mountains of Tongzi Garden resemble the stone peaks of Guilin, standing alone in cone shapes. The hills are covered with dense forests and lush grass, standing gracefully over the beautiful fields. The fields feature thousands of acres of meticulously planted tea plantations crisscrossed with paths, resembling green carpets. In spring and summer, tea buds glisten like pearls and flowers bloom; orchards are vibrant with colors and fragrant breezes. Tea-picking girls, dressed in colorful clothes, sing and dance. The tea produced here boasts a delightful aroma and rich flavor. The Laoxia River flows around the village like a green brocade, with clusters of bamboo, weeping willows, and clear flowing water, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The village houses are mostly small Western-style buildings, neatly arranged in an orderly and clean fashion. At dusk, village girls gather at the cultural square to sing and dance, engaging in various ethnic cultural activities. The village has a tea factory specializing in high-quality green tea production. There are also several “farm stays” known for serving lamb and game dishes. Dahe Town: Dahe Town is located in the western part of Laifeng County, bordering eight townships including Jiusi Township, Baifusi Town, Lushui Township, Gieleche Township of the same county, as well as Jiamachi Town and Dingzhai Township of Xianfeng County, and Xinglong Town and Muye Township of Youyang County in Chongqing.
