China He Dreamland Water Park

The Luoyang China He Dreamland Water Park project is constructed by Luoyang China He Industrial Group Co., Ltd., invested by China He (Hong Kong) Group. The project is located at the northeast corner of the intersection between Xiwang Avenue and the Yihe River Levee Road in Luolong District, bordered by Yibin Park to the west, Er’guang Expressway to the east, Lavender Manor to the north, and Longmen Grottoes to the south. It takes only a five-minute drive to reach the Longmen Grottoes. Boasting a superior location, the project covers a total area of approximately 2,400 acres and will be developed in three phases, with a planned total investment of 2 billion yuan. The first phase occupies about 692.526 acres, with a total investment of around 500 million yuan. It features three major business formats and four major sections: “Dreamland Water World, Land Amusement Park, Eco Four Seasons Hotel, and Eco Parking Lot,” providing visitors with a one-stop service for “dining, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment.” The indoor venue exceeds 20,000 square meters with constant temperature control, and the dreamy water attractions are under continuous development. It pioneers a new water amusement experience that is “all-season, all-age, and all-weather”!
