Licheng Town: Located in the southwestern part of Yanshi City, Henan Province, Licheng Town is under the jurisdiction of Luolong District, Luoyang City, Henan Province. It borders Wan'an Mountain to the south, adjacent to Lüdian Township of Yichuan County, faces Yizhuang Town across the Yi River to the north, connects to Pangcun and Kouduan to the east, and neighbors Zhuge to the west.
