The Statue Stele of Chanjing Temple in Changge City, carved during the Eastern Wei period of the Northern Dynasties (also known as the "Jing Shijun Stele"), has a history of 1,473 years. Its calligraphy inherits the essence of the Wei style and pioneers the foundation of Tang regular script. It is widely recognized in the calligraphy world as a masterpiece among Wei steles and is considered an "outstanding piece beyond the Twenty Masterpieces of Longmen." In 1973, rubbings of this stele were invited to be exhibited in Japan, gaining worldwide acclaim from then on.

In May 2013, the Statue Stele of Chanjing Temple was listed as part of the seventh batch of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units.
