A provincial-level cultural heritage site. Dating back to the Warring States period, it is located west of Dameng Village, Guanting Township, Changge City. The original city walls were 500 meters long from east to west and approximately 400 meters wide from north to south, covering an area of 200,000 square meters. The eastern, southern, and northern walls were completely destroyed during the “Learn from Dazhai in Agriculture” campaign, leaving only a section of the western wall, less than 100 meters long. The highest remaining part of the wall stands 3.8 meters tall, while the lowest is 1.5 meters, with a base width of 18 meters. In 1972, a villager named Meng Xihai unearthed a bronze spearhead while digging soil at the northwest corner of the city. The spearhead has no guard or handle, measures 23.5 cm in length, 3.5 cm in width, and 0.7 cm in thickness, with a hexagonal cross-section, a flat ridge, no central ridge divider, a broken tang, and a black protective patina on the surface. Its blade remains extremely sharp, and there are 22 characters of inscriptions on the body. It is a weapon from the 30th year of King Huanhui of Han during the Warring States period (243 BC).

According to the 1930 *Changge County Annals*: “Twelve li north of Yingchuan’s Changshe County (the old Changge county seat, now Old Town of Changge City), lies the Ancient City of Changge, which was built by the Duke of Zheng during the Spring and Autumn period.” Both historical documents and unearthed relics fully confirm that the Ancient City of Changge is indeed the Changge city of the Warring States period. This provides crucial physical evidence for further research on the history and evolution of the Changge city.

Protected Area: Extending 500 meters eastward, 370 meters southward, 130 meters northward, and 20 meters westward from the center of the existing western city wall foundation.

Construction Control Zone: Extending 50 meters outward from the edges of the protected area.
