【Feng Yuxiang's Water Conservancy Monument】In the 18th year of the Republic of China (1929), during a severe drought in Henan, Feng Yuxiang, who was then overseeing the governance of Henan, ordered the Henan River Affairs Bureau to dispatch personnel to Shanghai to purchase three suction pumps. They built a machinery room in Donghuihui Village, Niuzhuang Township (now Niuzhuang Township, Donghuihuizhai Village), diverting water from the Yellow River to irrigate the land, marking a new era in the history of Yellow River water conservancy. The site still retains a cement pump base and several sections of remaining wall ruins. To the north of the village on the embankment stands a damaged stele, the "Liuyuankou Siphon Monument Inscription," erected that same year.
