Kaifeng's Kewang Yellow River Farming Culture Museum, located within Kewang Manor in Beiguangzhuang, Longting District, Kaifeng, covers an area of 1,000 square meters, with an indoor exhibition space of 500 square meters. The Kaifeng Yellow River Farming Culture Museum, themed around the Yellow River farming culture, presents a comprehensive, multi-dimensional, and vivid display of various aspects of the historical development of the Yellow River regional culture in Kaifeng. The museum's founding purpose is to bring together elements related to rural life, agriculture, and farmers, thereby painting a complete panoramic picture of the farming culture in the Yellow River basin during modern times, recreating the historical scroll of agricultural development, fully showcasing key historical transitions from farming civilization to modern agricultural civilization, and preserving and promoting the long-standing Yellow River farming culture and folk traditions, so that more people can understand, protect, and pass on the Yellow River farming culture.

Kaifeng's Kewang Yellow River Farming Culture Museum was built in response to the development of the times. With a construction area of nearly 500 square meters, it features four exhibition halls divided into twelve sections, offering a relatively detailed portrayal of the origins of Yellow River farming culture, farming tools, grain processing, storage, textiles, furniture and daily life, cooking and dining, food preparation, traditional customs, leisure and entertainment, rural craftspeople, agricultural by-product production, and transportation—all forming a panoramic view of farming culture. The museum primarily highlights its regional, historical, cultural, artistic, relatable, and participatory characteristics by focusing on the formation, features, historical evolution, and integration with the ancient capital culture of Kaifeng, thereby enhancing the appeal of the exhibitions and increasing visitors' interest.
